Is Iraq Nuts?

The Iraqi Foreign Minister asked Iran and Turkey for border security arrangements to keep foreign militants out. I think this is a bold move for Iraq to ask Iran for border help since Iran allegedly sends/pays most of the foreign militants/terrorists to attack and kill Iraqis, Americans, and other allies of the West.
